Who it suits
Adults who want a structured residential stay with traditional massage, yoga and meals rather than a sightseeing holiday, and who can follow a daily schedule. Not a replacement for treatment of a serious illness.
Fitness and health notes
Most days are low effort: massage sessions, light yoga and rest. Treatments use oils and warm herbal preparations, so skin allergies, pregnancy, fever, heart problems or recent surgery must be raised at the first consultation. Heat and humidity in Kerala can tire some guests.
Itinerary
Kerala · 7 nights / 8 days (concept). A sample day-by-day plan; the final plan is set on your written quote.
-
Day 1
Arrival and consultation
Transfer from Kochi to the centre. A physician takes your history and examines you, then sets the therapy and diet plan. If they decide the retreat does not suit you, they say so.
-
Days 2 to 6
Daily programme
A typical day: morning yoga and breathing, one or two prescribed therapies, meals set by the physician, rest, a short walk, evening meditation. The therapies are the physician's choice, not a fixed menu.
-
Day 7
Review
A review consultation with advice on food, daily routine and any follow-up. Longer 14 and 21 night stays add a review each week and a longer programme.
-
Day 8
Departure
Check-out and transfer to Kochi airport or onward to a Kerala sightseeing extension.

Questions to ask before you travel
- Which Ayurvedic physician will assess me, and what registration or qualification do they hold?
- What licence or classification does the centre hold, and can I see it?
- Which therapies are planned for me and why, and what happens if I react badly to one?
- How will the centre treat my existing medicines and conditions during the stay?
- What do 14 and 21 night stays add compared with 7 nights?
Recovery considerations
Plan a quiet day after you finish: oil treatments and a changed diet can leave some people tired. Ask the centre for written aftercare and any herbal products listed by name, and show them to your own doctor.
