Terms come with the quotation
Cancellation and refund terms differ between hospitals, hotels, drivers and tour operators. Each written quotation states them, and you see them before you pay.
What you can expect from us
We will tell you plainly which parts of a booking can be refunded, which cannot, and how long a refund normally takes once the provider has approved it.
Medical changes
If a clinician advises against travel or treatment, we will help you ask the providers concerned for a change or refund. The decision on any refund follows the terms in the quotation.
Payment fees
Payment processors may keep their own charges. Any such charge will be named in the quotation where it is known.
