What we collect

Only what you choose to send: reports, scans, prescriptions, passport details needed for travel help, and what you tell us about your condition.

Why we ask

To pass your records to a hospital or specialist so they can give an opinion or an estimate, and to organise travel. We do not use your records for advertising.

Who can see them

Our coordination staff, and a partner hospital or clinician only after you agree to share with that partner. Access is limited to the people who need it and is logged.

How long we keep them

We keep records only as long as needed for your case and for legal record-keeping. A retention period will be published here once confirmed by legal review.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your records, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer help with your case.
