A medical coordination company that tells you the truth about Indian healthcare.
YourHeal India is run from SF-21, Parsvnath Bibhab Plaza in Greater Noida. We coordinate treatment for international patients at eight named JCI and NABH-accredited hospitals across India. We are not a directory and we are not a marketplace — when you write to us, the same coordinator in Greater Noida reads your case, shortlists the right specialist, and stays reachable on WhatsApp from your first message to your 90-day follow-up.
How we work
YourHeal India exists because international patients kept telling us the same thing: the hardest part of getting treatment in India is not the treatment itself, it is the coordination. They would arrive in Delhi at midnight with a folder of scans and a list of hospital phone numbers, and no one to tell them which number to call first.
We coordinate that part. We read your reports, match them against the specialties and operating volumes of our eight partner hospitals, line up the right specialist, and stay reachable on WhatsApp from your first message to your 90-day follow-up. We do not own hospitals and we do not sell surgery — we are the independent layer in between.
Our office is in Parsvnath Bibhab Plaza, Greater Noida, opposite the Fortis Memorial Research Institute. The same building that houses many of the specialists we coordinate with. We chose that location on purpose.

What we promise every patient
These are not marketing lines. They are the operating standards every YourHeal coordinator is measured against. If we miss one, we want to hear about it.
The right specialist, not the one on duty
We match you with the specialist whose recent operating volume is highest for your specific condition. If your case can be managed without surgery, we will say so before booking a theatre.
One all-inclusive written quote
Surgeon fee, hospital stay, implants, pharmacy, airport pickup, interpreter, and the pre-op workup — every line item in one PDF. No add-ons on the day of discharge.
One named coordinator, not a queue
The same person reads your case, picks up your calls, and checks on you after discharge. We do not pass your file to a call centre.
Real visa and travel help
The hospital issues the official invitation letter, we book the embassy appointment for sticker visas, and we handle FRRO registration and the attendant visa for a family member.
No kick-backs, no commissions in the bill
Our payment from hospitals is a flat coordination fee, not a percentage of your treatment. If we recommend an investigation, it is because the specialist asked for it, not because it pays us.
After-discharge follow-up, 90 days
We call on day 7, day 30 and day 90 after you fly home. Your local doctor can request your files from us at any time. We do not go silent after discharge.
Why international patients choose India
- Procedures typically cost 50–80% less than the US, UK, UAE or Singapore for the same clinical standards
- Around 40 JCI-accredited and 1,000+ NABH-accredited hospitals nationwide — JCI is the same global standard that accredits Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Abu Dhabi
- No waiting list — most major procedures are scheduled within 7 to 14 days of confirmation
- English is the working language in every JCI/NABH hospital — the consultation, consent forms, and discharge summary are all in English
- e-Medical Visa is available to citizens of 160+ countries and is usually issued in 3–7 working days
- Indian hospitals lead in robotic surgery, bone marrow transplant, and a number of advanced cancer protocols — including CAR-T and HIPEC, which are not available in many countries in our network

Questions patients ask us most
For the specific hospitals we work with, yes — and the way to verify that is the accreditation, not the country. JCI is the global standard run by Joint Commission International, the same body that accredits hospitals in the US and Singapore. NABH is the Indian equivalent recognised by ISQua in 90+ countries. Every hospital on our list carries one or both, and the International Patient Department (IPD) is the team that handles your entire stay in English.
It depends on the procedure. A video consultation is one week. A diagnostic workup is 3–5 days. Day-care procedures need no overnight stay. Most major surgeries (joint replacement, spine, CABG, transplant) require 5–10 days in hospital followed by 7–14 days of outpatient recovery nearby so we can monitor for complications before you fly home. Your coordinator shares the day-by-day plan after we have read your reports.
All the consultants at our partner hospitals are trained and published in English. Nursing staff speak functional English for daily care. For medical discussions we provide a trained medical interpreter — at no extra cost — in Arabic, French, Russian, Swahili, Bangla, Hausa, Uzbek, and Pashto. We have coordinated treatment in 9 languages to date.
Citizens of 160+ countries qualify for the e-Medical Visa, applied online at indianvisaonline.gov.in and usually issued in 3–7 working days. Countries that need a sticker visa (most African, CIS and a few South American passports) get the official hospital invitation letter from us, and we help book the consulate appointment. Either way, a separate Medical Attendant visa is issued to one family member at no extra cost.
Yes. A medical attendant visa is issued alongside the patient visa at no extra cost. Most partner hospitals have an attendant bed in the patient room itself. For longer stays we pre-book serviced apartments or guest houses within walking distance of the hospital, typically INR 1,500–3,000 per night for a clean one-bedroom.
For most major procedures, 60–80% — and for transplant and complex cardiac surgery, often 85–90%. The savings are largest when the cost in your home country is driven by surgeon fees and operating-room time rather than the implant itself. We share a written all-inclusive quote so you can compare the same line items (surgeon, anaesthetist, stay, implants, ICU) before you decide.
Your coordinator stays reachable for 90 days after discharge. If you have a concern, you can send us the local doctor's report and we will get the operating surgeon to review it within 24 hours. We have run follow-up video consultations with patients from 14 countries to date. If a complication needs the patient to return, we coordinate that with the hospital at no extra coordination fee.
