Planned transfers between hospitals, from hospital to hotel, and between cities, with the equipment the operator has stated.
This is not an emergency service.
This is a scheduled medical transport booking service, not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in India) or go to the nearest emergency department. We cannot guarantee a response time.
We need at least 4 hours notice to arrange medical transport.

We have no vehicle published online right now. For a planned transfer, tell a coordinator the pickup and drop points, the time and what the patient needs during the journey. They will find an operator and confirm the equipment and price with you before the trip.

Planning a scheduled transfer
Scheduled transport works best when the operator and the treating doctor have the same facts. Have these ready before you request it.
- Pickup and drop: full addresses, the floor, and whether there is a lift or steps.
- Patient needs: a short note on mobility, oxygen or other equipment, and whether an attendant should travel. The treating doctor, not the booking form, should decide what is needed; a fitness-to-travel note from them helps.
- Equipment: check the equipment the operator has stated for the vehicle and ask for anything missing in writing.
- Timing: confirm the hospital discharge time first, so the vehicle is not waiting or late.
- Companions: tell us how many family members travel and how much luggage.
Scheduled transport is provided by independent ambulance and transport operators, for planned moves only; it cannot replace emergency services.
