Russian and Turkmen documents

Reports issued locally are often in Russian or Turkmen. For a specialist in India to give a useful opinion, the key pages must be in English. Prioritise the diagnosis, the last imaging report, and the lab results.

Support language

We do not yet offer Russian or Turkmen support. Enquiries are handled in English, and we would rather say that now than let you discover it halfway through.

Manat and what you will be quoted

Quotes arrive in US dollars. The Turkmen manat is not something we convert for you, so agree with your bank or sponsor how funds will reach the hospital and in what currency, and ask about any limits on moving money abroad.

The clock

Turkmenistan is 30 minutes behind Indian Standard Time, so a call at 10:00 in India is 09:30 with you.

Who travels and who stays

Decide early who accompanies you and whether a second person can stay at home to deal with documents, bank transfers and updates for relatives. This reduces pressure on the patient during treatment.
