What to send us so the first reply is useful
The single biggest reason for a slow first reply is missing context. If you can attach the following in your first message, we usually reply with a specialist plan the same working day:
- Latest reports — the actual PDF or image, not just a description of it. CT / MRI / PET scans, blood work, biopsy, ECG, echo, or any other investigation within the last 6 months.
- Diagnosis + date — what the local doctor has called it, and when.
- What you have tried so far — medicines, prior procedures, response.
- Country + city — for visa and travel planning, and to identify which of our partner hospitals is the right fit.
- Timeframe — are you travelling next month, or are you still researching?
Not required but helpful: prior imaging on CD, list of current medicines, your height and weight, and a short note on the home country's treatment plan (so we can compare).
